Perpetual Anticipation is Good for the Soul, but It's Bad for the Heart

We are all waiting for the next shoe to drop.

It will probably be a poorly manufactured import, a cheap knock-off of the famous Watergate line of fashion. Nothing about Russiagate is real, important, or authentic. But our political economy is so degraded by the past 8 years of Obama and Clinton and cohorts that we are mired in a garbage dump on top of a swamp. That's what comes of offshoring. Quality control goes out the window. Profiteering degrades the product.

In this time of drek and and despair, it helps to remember that Donald Trump is the most authentic American President we've elected in a long, long time. NO, I am serious, folks! For all that they are trying to paint him as a Kremlin stooge, or a big banker's cat's paw, it isn't sticking. And the lack of adhesion is not because Trump is covered in MSM and GOP and CIA teflon, the way St. Ronnie of Reagan was.

It is because Trump is more American than Obama ever was. The contrast between the two is clearer every day. The veneer that Obama applied to his extraordinary, expatriate life was a skillfully-applied, well-cured lacquer, but it's been badly chipped by events and by the company he keeps.

Obama's been keeping a low profile within the country and only bird-dogging Trump abroad. I love seeing the Great One unbalanced, unsure, and unmoored. He's waiting, too, waiting for orders. I hope they never come. Or perhaps he's waiting for indictments. I think we all are.

Trump is our national mirror. He shows us and people abroad a lot about who we are as a people and a nation. He also reveals the would-be Masters of the Universe lurking in the shadows. I don't think those pretenders will ever get to be masters, not now, not ever. They have a busted flush. The Queen didn't turn up in the draw. That's because the Deep State/Obama division was playing chess, not poker.

It was time for a New Deal anyway. Let's make the most of it! As James T. Kirk pointed out to his first officer, in the Corbomite Maneuver:

  • KIRK: There must be something to do, something I've overlooked.
  • SPOCK: In chess, when one is outmatched, the game is over. Checkmate.
  • KIRK: Is that your best recommendation?
  • SPOCK: I'm s, I regret that I can find no other logical alternative.
  • ...
  • Kirk : Not chess, Mister Spock, poker. Do you know the game?
  • ...
  • Spock : "A very interesting game, this poker."
  • Kirk : "It does have advantages over chess."

And that, dear friends, shows how quintessentially American the original Star Trek was!

And poker as we play it is a quintessentially American frontier game. Obama had a reputation as a wizard poker player. This report was eventually debunked, as were most other things he said...he stinks at chess, too.

Excellent Demeter. I still recall the chuckle that I had the day that I saw Trump coming down the escalator at Trump Tower to announce his run for POTUS. I fought and resisted him during the primaries and actually ridiculed him for even trying. I heard Mark Cuban try time and time again to hit him below the belt and insult him continually, as did many of the rich and famous Hollywood elites. President Obama and Flotus rallied far and wide as well for HRC. I had my heart set on the Anti-War candidate who I believed to be Bernie. I also liked what Rand Paul had to say and was willing to even give him a chance.

Then something happened, I started paying attention to the crowds and to the message DJT was giving. I began to listen to my neighbors and colleagues who saw what I couldn't see in this brash and bold billionaire from Queens. I saw what happened to all who were loyal to Bernie at the DNC Convention in Philly. It was ugly. Heartless. We were abused and left out in the cold. Something happened to Bernie (I doubt we will ever know the truth) and then slowly to all who were left to fend for themselves. I remember being in total dismay at Bernie's abrupt change to support everything that HRC stood for. And then as we combed through the Wiki-Leaks mail and listened to Julian, as well as many others who were brave to blow the whistle, I saw that we have to take a stand against the powerful elites behind this movement to overthrow Trump's election.

I fear that many who may have decided to give Trump a chance, have lost hope that he will overcome the soft coup. After watching him the last few months, I see that he will not go down without taking many others who are fighting him... down also. Many who are supposed to be on Trump's team -- are not. This is reality. John McCain has announced war against him over Trump's decision to stop arming the terrorists. As you can see, the globalists are going to eventually get their way. We, the people, are now armed with the knowledge of who and what we are really up against.

I saw this on youtube and wondered if I should bother listening to it. I am surrounded by so many friends who paint him as the Anti Christ, or Hitler's evil twin. They do get under my skin sometimes.
But I did make time to hear these remarks out. And I found him funny, articulate charming and sharp as a tack.
I never did get to any remarks about the End Times, and don't know why these remarks were titled that.
But then, I only listened to half of it

You know they may actually take him down, but he will go down in history as the outsider who did his damnedest to not go down without a fight. He is 70 years old yet he fought the Deep State (CIA, NSA, FBI, all Obama holdovers in State and Justice Dept., and the MSM) as if he were a young whipper snapper. Think about that for a minute.

I can't defend everything he does, because he makes snap decisions that are possibly harmful to his own cause, has been prone to befriend and/or appoint those who wish him harm. He really does have an ego problem and bless his little ol' unpolished heart, he can't seem to say anything in public without offending the politically correct or the damn MSM as he goes bumbling around in foreign nations in his own special and awkward manner. Putting it bluntly, our POTUS is rather graceless or gauche. Who cares? We have witnessed his predecessor who had buttloads of charisma and charm and look where that brought us?
